Before the release

Write the research question, prior observation, expected comparison, source and timezone. After publication, record what was released and what changed in the interpretation. Do not carry a forecast forward as an actual result when a release is delayed.

Liminal’s application calendar combines configured sources with its own timing and provenance rules. This public directory does not republish the application’s vendor feed or claim full national data coverage for every linked calendar.
